Meet The Foster Friends Project Leadership Team. With a wealth of experience and compassion, the FFP organization is proud to introduce you to our Founder and board members.

Tiffany Allen, M.S., Founder/CEO

Stuffed animals have always been a special part of Tiffany’s life. They have offered companionship, consolation, and a gentle way to sleep every night. Having been born with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy of her hands and arms, holding a stuffed animal has always been paramount for a better night’s sleep.

Tiffany has also caught the crochet/ Amigurumi bug since recently learning the craft. Combining these two loves to better a child’s life has become a natural next step.

In Tiffany’s professional career she has become a nationally recognized subject matter expert for government agencies and organizations in advocating for our society’s most vulnerable populations, in public health and before and during disasters- primarily for people with disabilities and children. Responding to large-scale disasters in the field (Hurricanes, Wildfires) that displace community residents, Ms. Allen has worked in Red Cross shelters that temporarily house families that have been affected by and, often, have lost everything. Interacting with children in these environments who feel the loss of their favorite toys so deeply, has motivated TFFP to include disaster response survivors in our Mission.

Also, her understanding of the challenges of collaborating with government agencies and organizations that serve our communities makes Tiffany uniquely qualified to take on the big task of collaborating and building relationships- with both government and community stakeholders- to better serve the Foster Friends Project mission.

By way of San Diego, California Tiffany now resides in Dallas, Texas.

November 2023, Tiffany was inducted into the Who’s Who in America.
